GPOYW: Okay, so he can recite a car model, edition and manufacturer off with one look and my best is describing by color or big/small, but this is the closest male version of me I’ve met so far edtion.
- Desperate Housewives, James Bond, Glee, it goes on.
- A love to be super busy and involved.
- Endless baking-if not creating together, we’d share advice on substite ingredients or secretly ‘compete’
- A need to look sharp at all times, no matter how tired.
- Being way overly excited and rambunctious on simple things
- Having a brain that runs 500 miles a minute and having inward insecurities despite acting as the above.
He’s currently having the best year of his life (6 months in Germany and now 6 months working for BMW in North Carolina) and I’m so happy for him. Obviously I miss him like hell, but whenever he does return it’s like continuing a conversation that never ended or a fired up excitement to explore that never burned out.

Day 5 - Who is the best friend you’ve met at college? How did you meet and what sort of adventures have you had?
For classes, it’s been Becca B! She’s a small, nerdy blonde who has the same sense of style, love of food, art and humor as me. We met from basically having the exact same courses-me being a PT major and her being PA major. She’s one of the only people in our Health Care College that I still genuinely respect and enjoy.
As for the rest, it’s a select few from my sorority DZ and my RA co-workers that really put inspiration in my life and a smile across my face. I can’t even beginto list all the ‘adventures’ of Greek Life or the RA lifestyle.

Chokes & Tots
You know those people with whom you just easily mesh and feel like you’ve been secretly living similar lifestyles, but just miles apart? The lady above is one of those amazing people. We may have slightly different styles on certain things, but we have similar organizing, getting things done, bonding with family, childhood bonding, bringing out the creative, and getting overly excited about things apects shared.
The second highlight (to seeing this fabulous face) was learning how to both grill and then eat artichokes, making Grown Up Tater tots (to be redone and made with more prowess!), and enjoying the 17th floor open view of the Philly city.
I need a friend before a relationship, even before a romance.
I’m 5 at heart and hope you are too.

This lady is way up there in the ranks of friends. It’s completely impossible not to laugh and be immersed in fun times with her.
I think it’s an obvious friendship and even more true sign of adoration when you constantly say “I miss you all the time” to each other. So Kristin Smith, please know I’m so glad we’re so compatible and always stoked on the prime high time we (sadly don’t always) have together.
And yes, this sounds like a relationship. It sort of is-but in a different, more meaning way.

But really, your brain can only hold so much thought and care. Don’t think quantity over quality. You’ll forget names, forget important dates, and not be really dedicated in the end.
Take it from somebody whose been there (RA community, student class community, greek community, coop community, family community, ALOT.)
