Continued Cooking Craze

because I’m going out of my mind with boredom:

• Turkey Bacon and Egg Toast Cups
• More Apple Pie Poptarts
• Sweet Potato Frittata & a Cornmeal base
• Baked Tortilla Bowls with Taco Salad
• Acorn Squash & Sweet Potato Soup
• Skirt Steak an Blood Mary Tomato Salad

there is not enough mouths to eat all the leftovers in the fridge.

Signs that you’ve been home too long:

• Cooking 1-2 family sized meals each day

So much that you start reorganizing the whole kitchen that’s not even yours and get offended dishes never seem to leave the sink and disgusted how much a dishwasher wastes.

• Reading on the laptop because you can’t find anything new in your house or what you actually want to read at the Library.


And getting annoyed at starting at a screen, worrying you’ll fall asleep breaking it or the battery life dying.

• Doing arts n’ crafts constantly but losing motivation (crocheting, completely future birthday gifts, scrapbooking)


Enough that you don’t want to clean it up or can’t seem to finish the last 5%, ever.

• Organizing and cleaning your old room


that already needed reorganizing and ridding of things but your lazy parents just stored with more things with while you were gone.

• Feeling like you’re begging for friends’ company in every text, email and call.

• Too many cookies hanging around, staring at you.  And looking even more delectable because of boredom.
• Cleaning.  And then some more cleaning
• Watching movies and old TV shows (even ones you don’t want to because you can’t do anything else)
• Getting on family nerves
• Reading.  Lots.
