Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Chia seeds necessary, add a few ice cubes (recipe doesn’t call for) and you have happy taste buds.

Banana Icecream

Chop up a banana and freeze it overnight
Put it in the food processor and blend until smooth!
It’s BETTER than icecream.

Also you can add whatever you want- berries, peanut butter, dates, sultanas, choc bits!

Make you they are pretty brownly ripened!  I recommend this with nutella.  Just sayin’

It’s Got A-Peel

Peeled banana halved lengthwise and spread with Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter on one side, Smooth Operator peanut butter on the other, stuffed in the middle with shredded coconut and honey roasted peanuts.
